摘　　要：国家电网公司非常重视电力系统的安全生产,对电力应急通信系统提出了很高的要求。为此,文章针对电力系统通信的特点,对应急通信系统的应用技术进行了初步的研究,提出了应急通信系统应包含的功能及组成部分。相信这一新的应急通信系统,将大大提高电力通信网络的维护水平和应急能力。State Grid Corporation of China pays much attention to the safe production and higher requirements are also laid for a contingency telecommunication system. This paper studies the technologies used by contingency power telecommunication system, proposes its function and composition based on the characteristics of electrical power telecommunication system. The new system will improve the maintenance level and ability of dealing with contingency in electric power telecommunication network.
