摘 要:回顾了高能量密度化合物CL-20问世20年来合成和制备工艺进展;介绍了缩合、脱苄、硝解、转晶四步法的研究成果,评述了合成CL-20的三步法新工艺。该工艺采用其他伯胺替代苄胺,与α,β-二羰基衍生物缩合后直接硝解,省去了氢解的步骤,工艺相对简单,成本有可能降低。The developments of synthesis routes and production technologies of CL-20 in the last two decades are reviewed. The research achievements in condensation, debenzylation, nitrolysis and crystal transition are summarized, discussed and analyzed. Most of these achievements were obtained during the end of last century and the beginning of this century. In addition, the novel three-step synthesis route of CL-20, which appeared in the literature in 2004, is also introduced in some detail. CL-20 is obtained directly in this route, by nitration of the hexasubstituted hexaazaisowurtzitane derivatives formed by reaction of the α, β-dicarbonyl derivatives with other primary amines rather than benzylamine. This new technology might be significant in lowering the production cost of CL-20.
