摘  要:通过系统的沉淀剂筛选试验,确定了碳酸氢铵是适宜的非草酸盐沉钴剂,采用沉钴剂反加法再辅以添加适量的分散剂和絮凝剂,可自氯化钴溶液中以高于97%的沉钴率沉出含钴沉淀产物,沉淀产物氯根含量低,煅烧产物疏松、理化性能优异,符合用户的质量要求。沉淀工序的加工成本可降低50%。Ammonium bicarbonate has been selected as suitable non-oxalate agent for cobalt deposition through systematic tests of precipitator choice. 97% of cobalt in the solution of cobalt chloride can be settled into sediment by reverse adding of cobalt deposition a- gent and adding of proper amount of dispersant and flocculant. The sediment is of low chlorine radicel content and its calcined product is loose, having good physical and chemical property, and fitting with the quality requirement of customers. The cost of deposition can be decreased 50%.
