摘　　要：目的探讨离断性肾盂成形术,双J管内引流治疗肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄的诊治经验。方法采用离断性成形术治疗肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄46例,共52例,采用双J管作内引流,术后1个月拔除双J管,3个月后复查静脉肾盂造影和肾功能。结果40例随访3～6个月,治愈37例,治愈率92.5%,3例发生再狭窄,均2次行肾盂成形术。结论离断性肾盂成形术,是治疗肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄的有效方法,术中使用双J管能减少术后再狭窄的发生。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of double-pigtail catheter in Anderson-Hynes operation for the treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction（UPJO）. Mechods From June 1994 to December 2005,a total of 42 cases of UPJO were treated by Anderson-Hynes operation and had a double-pigtail catheter placed. Every double-pigtail catheter was removed in one month after the operation. Outcome was evaluated with intravenous pelviuretero-graphy in 3 months. Results 40 cases were followed-up for 3 months to 6 months. 37 patients had fully recovered, with cure rate being 92.5 %. 3 cases had ureteropelvic junction （UP J） stenosis ,who were cured by a second operation. Conclusion Anderson-Hynes operation is an effective method for the treatment of UPJO. Double-pigtail catheter placement during operation can reduce the chance of UPJ re-stricture.
