摘　　要：目的探讨肾窦内肾盂切开联合肾后基段间区切开治疗复杂肾结石的疗效。方法应用肾窦内肾盂切开联合肾后基段间区切开取石术治疗复杂肾结石30例。结果术中输血5例,平均输血120 ml,手术时间平均140 min,术后26例复查KUB或B超:3例残石直径小于0.8 cm,经ESWL治疗后排出。结论本术式具有出血少,肾功能损伤轻,结石取净率高等优点,是处理复杂肾结石的较好术式。Objective To study the curative effect of incision of the intrarenal sinus supplemented by nephrolithotomy at the posterior basal segment for complex nephritic stone. Methods Incision of the intrarenal sinus was conducted supplemented by a nephrolithotomy at the posterior basal segment for complex nephritic stone in 30 eases. Results 5 eases needed intraoperative blood transfusion and the mean amount of blood was 120 ml. Operation took 140 minutes （mean time）. Postoperative examination with B ultrasound and KUB revealed residual stone in 3 cases. The diameters are less than 0. 8 cm. All eases were cured by ESWL. Conclusion The method has advantages of less bleeding,slight impairment of renal function,high single-time clearance rate. The method is a better method of the surgical treatments for complex nephritie stone.
