摘　　要：介绍了湘钢360m2烧结机工程(包括工艺、设备、自动控制和环保方面)的设计特点,及投产后半年多的生产运行情况。通过设备整改和工艺改进,快速实现了达产及生产的稳定运行。In this paper, the design features of XIANGGANG 360m^2 sintering plant （including process flowsheet, equipment, auto-control and environment protection method） and its running situation in half a year were described. After some equipment troubles were raveled out and some technology measures were adopted, the design capacity of 360m^2 sintering plant was achieved rapidly and production was steadied.
