摘  要:八钢竖炉通过一系列改造,包括:本体结构优化、增设生球炉外预干燥、改造造球筛分系统和烘干炉燃气系统,配加炼钢污泥,实施大风量、大煤气操作,以及严格生产管理等措施,大幅度提高了竖炉作业率和利用系数,同时解决了提高产量与保证质量之间的矛盾。In recent years, a series of modifications of pelletizing shaft furnace e.g. optimizing the shaft furnace structure, setting pre-drying outside furnace, increasing the capacity of fans and gas boosters etc. were conducted and some measures for example proportioning of OG mud , large air volume and gas volume operating and scientific manage etc. were also adopted in August 1 I&S Co. As a result, the operating rate and productivity of shaft furnace were increased obviously and the contradiction between quantity and quality was solved.
