摘  要:目的探讨自体CD3AK细胞对原发性肺癌患者免疫功能的影响、抗肿瘤作用及临床应用中的护理规范。方法分离38例原发性肺癌患者外周血单个核细胞,采用抗CD3Ab、IL-2等诱导自体CD3AK细胞。测定肺癌患者应用CD3AK细胞治疗前后外周血T细胞亚群水平,并行影像学检查评价疗效;静脉滴注过程中严密观察患者体温和脉搏等反应。结果肺癌患者输注自体CD3AK细胞一个疗程后,CD8+细胞较治疗前下降(P〈0.05),CD3+、CD4+细胞和CD4+/CD8+比值均较治疗前显著升高(P〈0.05);肺癌患者经细胞治疗后(CR+PR+MR)有效率为65.79%。结论自体CD3AK细胞过继治疗能够补充肺癌患者有效抗肿瘤活性细胞数量的不足、使T细胞亚群比例失调和功能低下的状况得到不同程度的改善,有效控制肿瘤且此种治疗安全有效,无明显副作用。Objective To explore the effect of anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody activated killer cells (CD3AK) on the immune function of lung carcinoma patients, the anti-tumor effect and the nursing specification of CD3 AK cell in the clinical application. Methods IL-2 and CD3 Ab were used to induce CD3 AK cell from peripheral blood mono-nuclear cells (PBMC) in 38 cases with lung carcinoma. The T cell subsets of PBMC of these patients with lung carcinoma were examined before and after the immune therapy with CD3AK cell, and the curative effect was evaluated by conducting the image examination. The temperature and pulse were closely observed during the venous infusion. Results The CD8^+ cell subsets decreased (P 〈 0.05), meanwhile the CD3^+ , CD4^+ cell subsets and CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio significantly increased (P 〈 0.05) after one course of infusing CD3 AK cell for lung carcinoma patients. The ef- fective ratio was 65.79M after the cell therapy. Conclusions The adoptive transfer of CD3AK cells could improve the disorder of T lymphocyte subsets, improve the immune function, and provide the lung carcinoma patients with fresh abundant effectors against tumor. And CD3AK cell transfusion is a safe and curative method with no obvious adverse effect in the clinical application.
