摘　　要：有机磷化合物是一类重要的杀虫剂,对此类化合物的研究已有较多的报道。O-乙基O-取代苯基硫代磷酰胺酯类化合物是最近合成的。The electronic structure of 14 O-ethyl-O-aryl phosphoramidothioates was studied by using a quantum chemical method of CNDO/2. The nucleophilic superdelocalizability on phosphorus and bond order of P-O are found to show some linear relationship with experimental reactivity. Form the results, the pharmacology is suggeeested. The relationship of the pharmacodynamic conformation with the stable conformation is also discussed.
