锦灯笼抗炎作用实验研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究锦灯笼提取物的抗炎作用。[方法]采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、蛋清致大鼠足爪肿胀和肉芽肿形成实验,观察锦灯笼提取物的抗炎作用。[结果]锦灯笼提取物能明显减轻二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀,明显抑制蛋清导致的大鼠足爪肿胀,抑制肉芽肿的形成。[结论]锦灯笼提取物具有明显的抗炎作用。[ ObjectiveJ To study anti-inflammatoly effects of the extract of Physalis alkekengi.var.franeheti （Mast） . [Methods] Auricle tumefaction induced by dimethyl benzene in mice, turnefaction in feet by egg white and granuloma induced by cotton pellet implantation in rats were applied for anti-inflanunation experiment. [ Results] The extract of Physalis alkekengi.var.francheti （Mast） could obviously relieve tumefaction in auricle induced by dimethyl benzene in mice; markedly inhibit tumefaction in feet induced by egg albumen and granuloma induced by cotton pellet in rats. [ Conelusions] The extract of Physalis alkekengi.var.francheti （Mast） has significant anti-inflammatory effects.
