摘　　要：通过检测粒子的尺寸和分布,库尔特(Coulter)颗粒计数仪可以研究泌尿系结石的生长和聚集动力学过程,比较防石药物的抑制指数。重点综述了在尿大分子、尿小分子,植物提取液和动物实验研究中Coulter计数仪的应用研究及其进展,并指出了其存在的不足。Coulter counter can be used to investigate the kinetic process of the growth and aggregation of urinary stone by measuring the size and distribution of urinary particles, and to compare the inhibitive exponents of drugs for therapy of urolithiasis. In this paper the applications and progress of the use of Coulter counter in study of urinary macromolecules, urinary small molecules, extractants from plants and animal experiment were summarized. The problems faced have been indicated.
