摘　　要：调查了南水北调工程库区丹江口市斯氏肺吸虫病流行情况,人群皮试阳性率为20.32%,第一中间宿主螺的感染率为0.64%,第二中间宿主淡水蟹感染度为3.07个囊蚴/只,动物宿主猫的自然感染率为44.68%。The experiment investigated epidemic situation of paragonimasis in Danjiangkou reservoir region of South- North Diversion Project. The result showed that the positive rate of crowd dermal test was 20.32% the infection rate of snail which considered as the first intermediate host was 0.64%, and the infectiosity of limnetic crab which considered as second intermediate host was 3.07 larvae per crab, the natural infection rate of cat was 44.68%.
