摘　　要：采用ELISA法,对982例接种狂犬疫苗者血清进行狂犬病毒抗体测定,平均抗体阳性率为90.12%。个体年龄差异对狂犬病毒抗体形成有一定的影响。全程、规范注射狂犬病纯化疫苗是预防狂犬病发生的最有效的方法。The ELISA method was used to detect antibody against rabies in sera from 982 cases inoculated rabies vaccines. The average antibody positive rate was 90.12%. Age of an individual had an influence on the production of rabies virus antibody. Full-course and standard injection of purified rabies vaccines is the most effective means for the prevention of rabies.
