老年性自发性子宫穿孔的临床误诊分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年女性自发性子宫穿孔原因及误诊原因。方法回顾性分析我院自1998到2007年5例患者的临床资料。结果5例患者中,4例接受了子宫全切并双附件切除术,1例患者接受了子宫次全切并双附件切除术;2例患感染性休克,其中1例死亡。结论在老年急腹症中应重视自发性子宫穿孔的可能性以减少临床误诊。Objective To explore the causes of the spontaneous uterus perforation in old Women and misdiagnosis. Methods The data from 5 cases with spontaneous uterus perforation in old women from 1998 to 2004 were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 5 cases, 4 cases received subtotal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and l cases received total hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy. 2 patients got infectious shock, of which l patient died. Conclusion Importance should be attached to the possibility of spontaneous uterus perforation in old women with acute abdoalen to reduce its clinical misdiagnosis.
