摘 要:在0.03mo1/L的NH3-NH4Cl缓冲溶液中(pH9.0),Fe3+-NR在NaNO2存在下,于-1.15V(vs,SCE)处产生灵敏的极谱催化波,极谱波峰电流与铁离子浓度在5.0×10-8~8.0×10-6mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为2.0×10-8mol/L。测得铁(Ⅲ)与中性红(NR)配合物的组成为1:1,研究了极谱波的性质。方法可用于水样中痕量铁的测定。In the 0.03 mol/L NH3-NH4Cl buffer solution, at pH 9.0, a sensitive catalytic wave of Fe (Ⅲ)-NR-NO2- is obtained by using single-sweep polarography at -1,15V(vs. SCE), The peak current is proportional to iron ion concentration in the range of 5×10^-8~8×10^-6 mol/L, the detection limit is 2×10^-8 mol/L, Several electrochemical methods have been used to study the properties of the pelarographic wave and the mechanism of electrode. The molar ratio of Fe(Ⅱ) to NR is 1:1. This method has been successfully applied to the determination of trace iron in medicine and water samples.
