第9届世界健美操锦标赛混合双人项目难度动作的编排特点研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料调研、观察记录、数理统计等方法,对第9届世界健美操锦标赛混合双人决赛的难度动作进行分析研究。结果表明:混合双人的成套难度动作总体趋向于“2个A组、2个B组、6个C组、2个D组”的编排特征;前3名优秀选手的最高价值难度动作呈前、后半套分布,分布的趋势是编排在第4和第8个;男女运动员通过身体接触同步完成B组高分值难度动作以及采用1-2次组合难度动作也是当前世界健美操混合双人项目难度动作编排的特点。This paper analyses the difficult actions of mix-double event in 9th Aerobic Gymnastics world championships by data investigation, observation log and data statistic. The result shows that in current world aerobic mix-double, the pattern structure of difficult actions in a series of actions tends to be ＂2A, 2B, 6C and 2D＂. The highest value actions of the excellent world aerobic athletes are usually arranged in the first half and the second half, which tends to be arranged in the fourth and eighth. The male and the female athletes do the ＂B＂ high value difficulty action synchronically by body contacting and adopt one to two compound difficult actions, which is also one of the features of the difficulty pattern arrangement in current world mix athletic aerobic event.
