摘　　要：目的:研究腹部损伤合并严重多发伤的早期救治方法。方法:通过对78例多发伤患者的损伤情况与早期(尤其是48 h内)抢救治疗措施进行回顾性分析。结果:成活70例(89.7%),死亡8例(10.3%)。结论:腹部损伤合并严重多发伤,休克发生率高,病死率高,应尽早诊治,早期手术,遵循手术优先原则,保证各脏器功能是抢救成功的重要措施。Objective： The early phase studying abdomen loss combines to send out a wound＇s gravely muchly gives treatment to method. Methods：The injury conditions and the early treatment measures in 78 cases of severe chest trauma with multiple organ injury（especially）were analyzed retrospectively. Results ：Of the 78 patients, 70 patients survived（91% ）,and 8 died （10.3% ）. Conclusion：Abdomen loss combines to send out a wound gravely muchly, shock occurrence rate is high ,death rate is high, diagnose as early as possible ,early phase operation ,abide by preferential principle of operation ,protecting every visceral organ functions is to rescue successful important measure.
