摘　　要：目的:探讨闭合性腹部钝伤的急诊CT价值。方法:回顾分析49例腹部钝伤患者的急诊CT表现。结果:在49例中,肝挫裂伤9例,脾挫裂伤15例,肾挫裂伤5例,胰腺挫裂伤1例,肠道损伤3例,复合性损伤16例。48例首诊即有脏器包膜下或腹腔积血,1例复诊时才出现肝包膜下积血。结论:CT扫描对腹部钝伤具有高度敏感性与准确性,可为临床治疗提供可靠的诊断依据。Objective ：To study the diagnostic value of CT in blunt abdominal trauma. Methods ：Forty-nine CT appearance of blunt abdominal trauma eases was analyzed retrospectively. Results：In the study, 9 eases had injuries of the liver, 15 eases of spleen, 5 eases of kidney, 1 ease of pancreas, 3 eases of small intestines, 16 eases of complex wound. Of them,48 cases accompanyed with hemoperitoneum in the first exam,1 eases in the second. Conclusion：CT is sensitive and precise in evaluating abdominal trauma,providing dependable and important information for treatment.
