摘  要:目的:根据口服转移因子对热不稳定容易失活和变性的特点,通过有效手段来提高其工业化生产中的药效.方法:通过机械法破碎细胞,低温透析、冷冻干燥等工艺手段来提高口服转移因子的药效.结果:我们采取等温加速实验法对本品放置后的稳定性进行了观察,结果表明冻干剂较水溶液稳定,存放周期延长、不易氧化。结论:采用的冷冻干燥的方法是非常正确而行之有效的。Objective:According to the characteristic of oral transferring- factor that was instable to heat, easy to deactival and denatural, we adopted effective method to enhance its efficacy in industry. Methods:We took the method of braking cells machinerily, dialysis in low temperature, freeze - drying and son on to enhance its efficacy of oral transfer ring - factor. Results:After we adopted uniform tetnperature acceleration to observe its stability laid aside for some time, we found out that the freeze - drying was stabler than water solution, its cycle of deposition was lengthened and uneasy to oxidize.Conclusion :The method of freeze- drying we adopted is extremely correctly and effectively.
