摘　　要：目的:根据口服转移因子对热不稳定容易失活和变性的特点,通过有效手段来提高其工业化生产中的药效．方法:通过机械法破碎细胞,低温透析、冷冻干燥等工艺手段来提高口服转移因子的药效．结果:我们采取等温加速实验法对本品放置后的稳定性进行了观察,结果表明冻干剂较水溶液稳定,存放周期延长、不易氧化。结论:采用的冷冻干燥的方法是非常正确而行之有效的。Objective：According to the characteristic of oral transferring- factor that was instable to heat, easy to deactival and denatural, we adopted effective method to enhance its efficacy in industry. Methods：We took the method of braking cells machinerily, dialysis in low temperature, freeze - drying and son on to enhance its efficacy of oral transfer ring - factor. Results：After we adopted uniform tetnperature acceleration to observe its stability laid aside for some time, we found out that the freeze - drying was stabler than water solution, its cycle of deposition was lengthened and uneasy to oxidize.Conclusion ：The method of freeze- drying we adopted is extremely correctly and effectively.
