摘　　要：采用铝基材料为结合剂制备了金刚石磨轮,并从制备工艺、使用寿命、修整效果三方面对该铝基结合剂金刚石磨轮进行了论述。该磨轮烧结温度低(300℃左右),使用寿命是树脂结合剂金刚石修边轮的3倍以上,修整的陶瓷砖四边光滑、平整。The Al-based bonding agent diamond squaring wheel was prepared, the preparation technolog work life, squaring effect of the Al-based bonding agent diamond squaring wheel were mainly introduced in this paper. The sintering temperature was low （300℃ left-right）, the work life was three times longer than resin-bonded fine squaring wheel; the four edges of tile squared by it was smooth.
