摘　　要：以硫酸氢钠为催化剂,丁酸与丁醇为原料合成了丁酸丁酯。确定了最佳工艺条件为:以0.2摩尔丁酸为基准,醇酸摩尔比为1.5∶1,催化剂用量为0.5g,反应时间为50min,丁酸丁酯的酯化率为92.4%。Using sodium bisulfate as the catalyst, butyl butyrate was synthesized from butyric acid and butanol. The optimum conditions were as follows： basing on 0.2mol butyric acid, the amount of substance fraction of butanol to butyric acid was 1.5：1, the mass of catalyst was 0.5g, reaction time was 50min. Under those conditions, the highest yield of the reaction can reach 92.4%.
