摘　　要：目的:观察疱疹康治疗急性带状疱疹的疗效。方法:将500例急性带状疱疹患者随机分为两组,对照组60例,用红外线+清热解毒、红外线+电火花。治疗组440例,用疱疹康外涂剂。结果:治疗组总治愈率达97%,对照组总有效率为16.6%。结论:疱疹康具有抗病毒、抗感染、结痂快、止痛快、疗效确切等功效。Objective： To observe the effect of Pao Zhen Kang in the treatment of acute herpes zoster. Methods： 500 patients of acute herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups, a control group of 60 cases treated by infra-red therapy plus clearing heat and eliminating toxins , infra-red therapy combined with electric spark therapy. 440 cases in the treatment group treated by painting Pao Zhen Kang externally. Results： The clinical curative rate was 970fi in the treatment group while 16.6~fi in the control group. Conclusion： Pao Zhen Kang is quite effective for its prompt painrelieving , promoting scab formation, antivirus and antiinfection effect.
