摘 要:围绕乳液的玻璃化转变温度Tg及自交联、紫外交联、核壳技术的特性,研究了它们对建筑外墙涂料耐沾污性的影响,探查了同一单体类型树脂涂膜的耐沾污性、表面自由能随外墙涂料乳液特性的变化情况.结果表明,苯丙、纯丙类涂膜表面自由能色散分量随乳液Tg的升高而增大,与其耐沾污性随Tg升高而变化相呼应;硅丙涂膜表面自由能色散分量比Tg值与其相近的苯丙或纯苯涂膜高,与其耐沾污性能相呼应.The effects of glass transition temperature(Tg)of emulsion, chemical cross-link, UV cross-link, core-shell technique on the dirt-pick-up resistance of paint film was investigated. Surface energy(polar/disperse portion) was used as an analysis aid to study the change of dirt-pickup performance of paint film with the speciality of coating emulsion. The results show that for certain type emulsion (styrene-acrylic or acrylic), as Tg increases the disperse portion of surface energy of coating film increases, which shows good agreement to the improving of dirt-pick-up resistant with increasing Tg. For different type of emulsion with similar Tg, the disperse portion of surface energy of silicon-acrylic coated film is higher than styrene-acrylic or acrylic coated one, which agrees well with the better dirt-pick-up resistant performance of silicon-acrylic emulsion compared with styrene-acrylic or acrylic emulsion with similar Tg.
