摘　　要：通过相关材料分析得出了影响辽宁省水稻品质的主要因子有糙米率、精米率、整精米率、垩白度和垩白率,进而提出了提高辽宁省水稻品质的几点建议为:加强特优、特种稻米的研究,进一步提高稻米品质,全面满足生产需要;生产管理中在注重产量的同时也要兼顾品质的提高;进行统一的品种区划、种植管理,可以保证稻米品质的一致性,从而提高稻米的商品价值;对稻米贮藏加工的机械设施投资改造,以最大限度保持稻米中的营养成分。Brown rice rate, polished rice rate, head rice rate, chalkiness degree and chalky grain rate are the major factors affecting rice quality in Liaoning through data analysis. The suggestion for the improvement of rice quality in Liaoning was put forward, that is, to strengthen specific fine quality rice and special rice research, to improve rice quality to meet the needs of production; to pay more attention to rice yield as well as rice quality in production; to guarantee grain consistency through variety regional classification and cropping management to increase commodity of rice; to keep the nutrients at most through modification of rice storage and processing machinery facilities.
