摘 要:辽宁省近几年新育成并参加省区域试验的品种中,早熟品种的米质状况最好,中熟和中晚熟品种的品质相对较差。在主要品质性状中,糙米率、直链淀粉含量有90%以上的品种能够达到国标一级标准,但垩白粒率、垩白度高,整精米偏低仍然是导致辽宁省稻米品质国标一级达标率低的主要原因。从趋势上看,近两年育成的品种的米质壮况较以前有所下降。Among rice varieties bred in the recent years and taken part in provincial regional experiment, the early varieties had the best quality, but the medium and medium-late varieties had the poorer quality. More than 90 percent of rice varieties reached the class one national quality standard in the major quality traits, such as brown rice rate and amylose content. However, high chalky grain rate and chalkiness degree and low head rice rate were the main reasons for Liaoning rice quality hard to reach class one national standard. The quality of rice varieties bred in the recent two years in Liaoning decreased in total trend.
