摘 要:为解决当前面向变批量生产中工艺规划存在的问题,以及批量变化给工艺带来的影响,提出了批量因子和批元的概念。经过企业调查,总结了变批量生产下的工艺规划随批量因子变化的特点,提出确定型和非确定型的批元类型,确定了毛坯、加工方法、资源选择、工序集中程度、工艺文档等批元与批量因子之间的匹配关系,并采用矩阵进行描述。最后,基于批元的配置理论,建立了当前批量因子下的工艺规划环境,开发了人机交互的VP-CAPP系统,为生成适合变批量生产的工艺计划提供了重要的理论基础和有效的解决方案。Lot-size gene and lot-size factor were proposed aiming at problems in process planning for various lot-size production and the influence on process planning for variation of lot-size. According to enterprise investigations, the characteristics of process planning with the variation of lot-size were summarized. Precise and imprecise lot-size factor were brought forward, and the mapping relationships among rough workpiece, processing methods, resources selection, concentration degree of operation sequence, process documents and lot-size gene were defined, and described by matrices. According to configuration theory based on lot-size factor, the environment of interactive process planning was created and VPCAPP system was developed to provide theoretical foundation and effective solution to process planning in various lot-size production.
