摘 要:通过对金坛盐矿储气库岩盐大量的实验发现:在不同应力水平作用下,岩盐的瞬态蠕变变形介于0.1%到2%之间,一般高应力水平作用下的变形量较低应力水平作用下的变形大;试件的稳态蠕变率从0.0023%/h到0.15%/h变化不等,随应力水平的提高,岩盐蠕变率变化十分明显。表明:应力水平越高,瞬态蠕变变形和稳态蠕变率均越大;反之亦然。在分析应力水平与蠕变变形关系实验及理论分析的基础上,结合金坛储气库实际,建立了基于应力水平的岩盐瞬态及稳态蠕变综合本构方程。该本构方程理论计算与实验结果吻合较好,可为金坛储气库运营的稳定性分析提供一定的参考依据。Through a lot of experimental creep investigations on rock salt in Jintan, it is found that the transient creep deformation and steady creep ratio of samples vary greatly with the different suffered stresses, of which the transient creep deformation changes from 0.1% to 2%, while the steady creep ratio can vary from 0.0023%/h to 0.15%/h. Obviously, the higher the loaded stress is, the higher are the transient creep deformation value and steady creep ratio and vice versa. On the basis of experimental and theoretical analysis of the relation between creep deformation and the loaded stress level of samples, an integrated constitutive equation of transient creep and steady creep based on stress level of salt rock is established in this paper, with consideration of the geological and future running reality of Jintan Gas Storage. It demonstrates that the theoretical creep curve and the tested data are well inosculated, and can provide some references for the future running stability analysis of Jintan Gas Storage.
