摘　　要：针对一般的结构动力分析有限元程序在进行动内力的计算时没有考虑局部效应的影响问题。采用时程分析方法,对渤海中南采油平台(MSW)在环境载荷下进行了动力分析,重点分析了其局部动力效应。计算数值结果表明某些杆件的局部振动所产生的动内力对其设计起决定作用,而这在以前的动力分析中是被忽略的。这表明对结构进行动力分析时应该考虑其局部效应。In the general finite element program for structure dynamic analysis, the local dynamic responses are not taken into account. In this paper, using time-history analysis method, the dynamic analysis of Zhongnan Platform（MSW） under environmental loads, mainly considering local dynamic responses. The numerical results show that the dynamic inner-force induced by local vibrations of some members has a dominating effect on the design, which were neglected before. This indicates that the local dynamic responses should be considered in dynamic analysis of structures.
