模样材料种类对铸铁件表面质量的影响

摘　　要：通过STMMA模样材料与EPS模样材料的对比试验发现:两种模样材料的C含量和热裂解机制不同,使用STMMA模样材料替代EPS模样材料可以减轻或消除铸铁件表面质量缺陷。Through the contrast test between STMMA model material and EPS model material,it is found that: there is a difference for C content and hot cracking mechanism between these two model materials,so using the STMMA model material to substitute the EPS model material can decrease or eliminate the surface quality defects of iron casting.
