摘  要:介绍了联合循环汽机总装时采用的新的找中方法和新的通流间隙调整方法,其轴承找中方法比我厂传统的火电机组装配来得快捷并且找中精度也高、接触也好。汽缸找中和隔板、汽封体找中可以只拉一次钢丝就能同时进行,节约找中时间。通流间隙(包括径向和轴向)调整的工作量虽比原来大大增加,其调整的复杂度和烦琐度也比原来大为增强,但对保证机组稳定优质运行提供了装配和安装的保证。The adopted new method of seeking centre and new adjusting method of general flowing clearance during assembling the joint recurring steam turbine have been described,the seeking centre method for its bear of which is quicker than the traditional assembly of thermal electric power sets with the high precision of seeking centre and the good contact.The seeking centre for cylinder,partition plate and air sealing part can operate at the same time with only one steel drawing process to save the seeking time.The adjusting work amount of general flowing clearance(included the radial one and the axial one) greatly increases than the former as well as the adjustment complexity and tediousness,but it can offer a guarantee of assembly and installation for the sets with the stable and high-quality operation.
