摘 要:目的:研究霉酚酸酯对实验性自身免疫性甲状腺炎(AITD)SD大鼠白细胞介素-6(IL-6)影响。方法:通过RT-PCR方法对实验性自身免疫性甲状腺炎SD大鼠甲状腺组织IL-6的测定,了解霉酚酸酯对自身免疫性甲状腺炎发生的干预机制。结果:EAT大鼠的IL-6水平均明显高于霉酚酸酯组、对照组(P<0.05)。结论:霉酚酸酯可能通过对IL-6的抑制而对自身免疫性甲状腺炎能起到有效的治疗作用。Objective:To investigate the effect of Mycophenolate mofetil in the treatment of EAT by observing IL-6 in thyroid tissues. Methods: EAT model was established in SD rats by injection of swine thyroglobin combined with adjuvant. Its mechanism was studied by detection of thyroid autoimmune antibodies (TGAb and TPOAb)and the relative expressions of IL-6. Result: The relative expressions of IL-6 were fewer in normal control and the rats treated with Mycophenolate mofetil than in EAT rats without treatment (P〈 0.05). Conclusion: Mycophenolate mofetil has a therapeutic effect on EAT. The mechanism by which Mycophenolate mofetil exert their effects may be through the suppression relative expressions of IL-6 on thyroid cells.
