摘　　要：本文系统地介绍了国内外对耳草属植物化学成分和药理作用方面的研究进展。Many plants of the genus Hedyotis （Rubiaceae） are used as medicinal plants. Twenty of sixty-two Hedyotis species in China were used in traditional Chinese medicine and folk medicine from 1970s. The chemical and biological activity studies on this genus were reported. The studies on the chemical constituents and bioactivity of genus Hedyotis mainly from 1990 were reviewed in this paper.
