摘　　要：自1985年中国COINV(东方所)和1986年美国NI公司提出PC卡泰和虚拟仪器VI的概念以来,经过六代仪器发展阶段,“用软件制造仪器”,“软硬件结合取代传统仪器”已是深入人心。目前大量以笔记本PC先进电脑及数采科卡盒与USB2.0技术为依托的VI正在出现,而软件构架的精髓是以“六高”的虚拟仪器库技术为目标,向高智能、高自动、高精度、高速度、高集成、高技术方向发展。Since the concept of PC CATAI and Virtual Instrument was put forward by China COINV in 1985 and American company NI in 1986 separately,manufacturing instrument by software and replacing traditional analog instruments by using hardware and software integration are deeply comrehended after six stages of development.Currently,a great amount of Ⅵs have been brought into sight,which are based on the advanced PC such as notebook,COINV science card-box and the USB2.0 technique.The quintessence of the software framework is to develop the“six-high” virtual instrument laboratory,i.e.,in the direction of high-intelligent,high-automatic,high-accuracy,high-speed,high-integrate and high-tech.
