人参对家兔高血压性视网膜动脉硬化预防作用的研究

摘　　要：目的：观察人参对预防高血压性眼底动脉硬化的作用。方法：观察家兔眼底血管病变反映全身动脉硬化的程度。①制作高血压动物模型；②定期检测动物血压；③动态观察眼底动脉硬化在光学显微镜和电子显微镜下的改变。结果：高血压模型组比高血压人参治疗组血压明显升高、眼底动脉硬化形成、伴有渗出和视乳头水肿。高血压模型组光学显微镜下显示视网膜中央动脉玻璃样变性，电子显微镜下显示内皮细胞空泡形成等改变。结论：人参具有一定调节血压作用，对高血压性视网膜动脉硬化有预防和治疗作用。OBJECTIVES: To observe the effect of ginseng in preventing retinopathyhypertensive arteriosclerosis. METHODS: Observe the pathological changes in the ocular fundusvascular of the experimental rabbits which represents the degree of arterisis of whole body: (1)making hypertensive animal model; (2) measuring the blood pressure regularly; (3)dynamicallyobserving the fundus arteriosclerosis changes under optical and electronic microscopes.RESULTS: The blood pressure of the rabbits in the hypertensive group was, obviously raised upin comparing with that in ginseng group. In this group arteriosclerosis in the ocular fundus was for-med with exudating and edema around arteriola. For this group, the observation under optical mi-croscope showed vitreous degeneration of retina central arterior and that under electronic micro-scope showed vacuolization of endothelial cell. CONCLUSION: Ginseng has an certain effect inregulating blood pressure and is effectual in preventing and curing retinopathy of hypertensivearteriosclerosis.
