摘 要:利用酯交换后亚胺化法合成180级聚酯亚胺漆包线漆。根据适度交联理论,探讨了配方中赛克含量和亚胺基含量对漆性能的影响,利用FTIR、GPC等对所制备的漆包线漆进行了分析与表征,并对所涂制的漆包线性能进行了分析检测。结果表明:合成的聚酯亚胺漆包线漆具有表面流平性好、击穿电压高、热冲击性能优越和软化击穿温度高等特点。Polyesterimides were synthesized from trimellitic anhydride, 4,4'-diamino diphenyl methane, THEIC, tetra-n-butyl titanate and so on. According to the theory of moderate crosslinking of polymer, the relation between properties and contents of THEIC and imide group of the polyesterimides were studied, the polyesterimides were characterized with FTIR and GPC, the enamelled wires covered by the polyesterimide varnish were tested. The results indicate that the enamelled wires are excellence of breakdown voltage, thermal shock softening breakdown temperature , which fully meet the requirements of 180-grade enameled wire.
