摘　　要：在社会主义市场经济中,由于信息对经济活动的引导作用,信息资源已成为现代社会经济发展的支柱之一.信息资源的开发和利用,有赖于运用模型对经济活动中各种经济量及大量数据提供诸多功能的分析和加工.运筹学模型的建立,为解决复杂的经济问题提供科学的依据.因此,运筹学是现代经济管理的重要辅助工具,它用科学的方法研究现实世界运行系统的现象和其中具有典型意义的优化问题,从中提出具有共性的模型,寻求解决模型的方法[1].In the socialist market economy, due to the guiding function of information to the economic activities, information resources have become one of the pillars of modern social economic development. The exploitation and utilization of information resources depends on the using of models to provide analysis and processing of various functions for the economic variables and large amount of data in economic activities. The establishment of operational research models provides a scientific basis for solving complicated economic problems. Therefore,operational research is an important auxiliary tool of modern economic administration. By means of scientific methods it studies the phenomena of real world operating system and its typical optimization problems, from which it abstracts similar models and searches for methods of solving the models.
