我国中小企业间接融资难的原因及对策研究

摘　　要：随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展,中小企业在保证国民经济持续、健康、稳定发展中的作用越来越重要。然而,目前中小企业间接融资难已成为制约我国中小企业发展的"瓶颈"。从中小企业发展、商业银行决策、融资环境支持的角度入手,分析我国中小企业间接融资难的原因,并提出相应的解决对策。With the development of socialist market economy, small and medium - sized enterprises（SME）, which have been limited by indirect financing, play an important role in ensuring sustained, healthy and steady development of national economy. This paper, from development, decision making in commercial banks and financing environment,analyzes the difficulties in indirect financiny of SME and puts forward some corresponding strategies.
