摘　　要：今年初传统基金会公布2007年“经济自由度指数”报告，香港连续第13年获评为全球最自由经济体系，并在其中四个范畴，包括贸易自由、投资自由、金融自由及产权保障上，评分均居首位。传统基金会报告中亦指出香港司法制度独立于政治，且十分廉洁。The 2007 Index of Economic Freedom released by the Heritage Foundation - a U.S. think tank -in early 2007 ranks Hong Kong as the freest economy in the world for 13 years straight, and gives the highest scores to Hong Kong in four categories - trade freedom, investment freedom, monetary freedom and property rights protection. Besides, the 2007 Index of Economic Freedom indicates that the judicial system is independent of the political system in Hong Kong, and is free from corruption.
