论我国现行土地征用补偿标准的不足及对策

摘　　要：随着我国经济发展和城市化进程的加快,土地的大量征用将不可避免。但土地作为农民最基本的生活来源,一旦被征用后,农民就面临着如何继续维持生活的问题,因此,征用土地必须给予合理补偿。但我国现行的土地征用补偿标准却存在着不合理性。为此,针对我国现行土地征用补偿标准所存在的问题,应改革现行土地征用补偿标准,保护失地农民的利益。Along with our country economy development and urbanized advancement speeding up, the land massively will take over for use inevitably. But the land takes the farmer most basic source of income, after once is taken over for use, the farmer is facing the question which how continues to maintain a livelihood, therefore, takes over for use the land to have to give reasonably compensates. But our country present land takes over for use compensates the standard actually to have unfairness. This article through analyzes the our country present land to take over for use compensates the question which the standard exists, how reforms the present land to take over for use compensates the standard, protected loses farmer＇s benefit to put forward some proposals.
