摘 要:在利用计算机进行皮鞋设计中,帮样展平是其中的重要步骤。论文提出了一种判断由切割线组成的闭合区域,以确定三维面片展平后区域边界的算法。该算法首先将鞋楦曲面离散为三角网格,然后记录切割线穿过的三角面片,运用自动获取或手工选取的区域搜索方式得到闭合区域。论文并将基于能量的弹簧质点系统方法改进后应用于楦面展平。这些方法已用VC++6.0编程实现,提高了皮鞋设计的效率。During the design of leather shoe with computer, it's the most important step to flatten the last surface. This paper presents a method for finding out the flattened region's boundary and getting the closed region ringed about by sewing lines. Firstly, divide the shoe last surface into triangular meshes. Secondly, record the traversed triangular meshes by sewing lines. Lastly, obtain the closed region using automatically gaining or manually selecting. This paper also applies the improved algorithm of the spring-mass system based on energy function to flatten the last surface. All the algorithms were realized using VC++6.0 in the leather shoe CAD system.
