摘　　要：介绍了Web Service的定义、基本原理及功能,针对目前虚拟企业管理信息系统难以解决的可重构与集成问题,提出了一种基于Web Service的虚拟企业管理信息系统,有效地解决了跨部门、跨企业、跨平台的业务流程的集成。探讨了Web Service技术在虚拟企业管理信息系统中的具体应用。阐述了.Net Framework架构下基于Web Service的虚拟企业信息系统的三层分布式体系结构及其功能模块。最后重点介绍了Web Service技术的实现机制。The definition, basic principle and the function of the Web Service are introduced. As for the reconfiguration and integration questions in management information system of virtual enterprises, a management information system of virtual enterprises based on Web Service is proposed, and it can solve the business process integration problem efficiently. Three-tier distributed architecture and its function module are realized based on the .Net Framework. Finally the realization mechanism of Web Service is introduced in detail.
