摘 要:米曲霉激发子剌激滇紫草细胞10min内快速释放活性氧,同时胞内具活性氧清除作用中的超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶的活性也相应增加。活性氧组分中的OH和O2自由基不利于紫草色素的合成,而外源的活性氧组分H2O2在低浓度(0.1mmol/1)时可促进紫草色素的合成。A crude elicitor preparation extracted from Aspergillus oryzae mycelia can enhance shikonin derivatives formation in Onosma paniculatum cell cultures. The Production of active oxygen was quickly elicited 10 mins after Aspergillus elicitor was added into Onosma cell suspension. Meantime, the activities of SOD,CAT,PO of the intracellular active oxygen-scavenging system also increased to scavenge the toxic effect on living Onosma cells. VitC that can scavenge the free xoygen radical O · 2 and mannitol that is a scavengor of free oxygen radical OH · could increase shikonin derivatives production in the presense of elicitor. This suggested that these two free oxygen radicals (O · 2 and OH · ) inhibited the elicitor mediated increase of shikonin derivatives formation. When H 2O 2 was added at lower concentration of (0.1 mmol/l), it could accelerate the formation of shikonin derivatives. The above results suggested us that only H 2O 2 among the free oxygen radicals induced by Aspergillus elicitor might be related to the elicitor increased shikonin derivatives production.
