摘 要:研究了锌-色氨酸-硼砂体系的吸附伏安特性.在0.01mol/L硼砂底液中(pH=9.5),锌-色氨酸配合物在-1.15V(VS.SCE)出现一灵敏吸附还原峰.通过对该峰的性质及反应机理的研究,确认此峰为配合物吸附还原峰,吸附反应物为锌与色氨酸形成的1∶2配合物,电极反应为二电子还原,在合适的条件下,该还原峰峰高与锌浓度在1.0×10-7~7.5×10-6mol/L范围内成线性关系,检测下限为1.5×10-8mol/L,用此法测定生物样品中的微量锌。In 0.01mol/L borax buffer solution(pH=9.5),Zn tryptophan complex could give a sensitive reduction peak whose peak potential was at-1.15V(VS.SCE).This peak was studied to be a complex adsorption peak.The adsorbed reactant was a complex formed by Zn 2+ and tryptophan whose complex ratio was 1∶2.The electrode reaction was proved to be a two electron reductive reaction.Under optimum experimental condition,the derivative peak current and the concentration of Zn had a linear relation between 1.0×10 -7 and 7.5×10 -6 mol/L.The detection limit was 1.5×10 -8 mol/L.This method had been used to determine the content of Zn in biochemical samples and satisfactory results were got.
