摘  要:采用透射电镜和拉伸试验研究了温度对医用TiNi形状记忆合金(TiNiSMA)丝微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,TiNiSMA微观组织和力学性能对温度变化极为敏感。对TiNiSMA进行短时加热处理,随加热温度升高,TiNiSMA组织由冷拔态纤维状组织逐渐转变为板条状马氏体群组织,且组织粗化,位错密度下降;TiNiSMA抗拉强度和超弹性能下降,塑性增加,当加热温度超过400℃时这种趋势更加显著。Effects of temperature on the microstructure and mechanical behaviour of TiNi shape memory alloy (TiNi SMA) wire have been studied by means of transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and tensile tests. The results show that the microstructure and mechanical properties of TiNi SMA are extremely sensitive to temperature. The fibrous structure of cold-drawn TiNi SMA is gradually translated to the plate martensitic structure, in which the grains were coarsened and the dislocation density decreased with the increase of heating temperature. The tensile strength and super-elasticity of the TiNi SMA decreased but the plasticity increases with the increase of temperature. These changes of the microstructure and mechanical behaviour were more conspicuous when the heating temperature was more than 400℃.
