摘 要:大田试验设每公顷施基肥300kg,每公顷播种量75kg。10个处理,3次重复,水平复因子随机区组设计。各处理基肥施用量相同,以仅施用基肥为对照。分别在苗期、盛花期、鼓粒期、成熟期进行取样。来测定大豆生育形态与产量的相关性。试验结果表明,提高单株产量从各个生育期的角度讲,可以适当延长鼓粒期、成熟期的株高;成熟期与单株粒重呈显著正相关,大豆后期养分供应能力决定大豆产量的高低;叶绿素的高低并不是衡量产量的标准。A field experiment was conducted using 20 kg basic fertilizer and 5 kg seed in each experimental plot. This experiment contained 10 treatments with 3 replicates using a level repeat factor randomized block design. Plant and soil were sampled at seedling, flourishing florescence, drum grain and ripening stages over the growing season. The aim of the experiment was demonstrating the correlation between growing characteristics and yield for soybean. The experimental results showed that improving single plant output can be relevant to the plant height at drum grain and ripening stages at autumn; and single plant grain weight is positively correlated with the ripening date. The nutrient supply capability control the yield of soybean, but the chlorophyll content can not be used in predicting the yield.
