摘 要:苜蓿丫纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒(Autographa californica multicapsid nucleopolyhedrosisvirus,AcMNPV)能够增强粘虫痘病毒(Pseudaletia separata entomopoxvirus,PsEPV)的侵染力。将两种病毒的混合悬液滴于50mg的饲料上,接入3龄末东方粘虫(Mythimna separata)的幼虫进行生物测定。当每头幼虫接入1.0×10~4 OBs的AcMNPV和1.0×10~7 OBs的PsEPV的混合液时,幼虫的死亡率为95.00%,而单独用1.0×10~7 OBs·虫^(-1)AcMNPV处理时,则幼虫不感染;单独用1.0×10~7 OBs·头^(-1)PsEPV处理时,只获得46.33%的死亡率。将AcMNPV多角体蛋白与病毒粒子分离,进一步测定,单独用1.0×10~6 OBs·虫^(-1) PsEPV侵染3龄末幼虫时,幼虫不被感染,而用同样浓度再混以AcM- NPV多角体蛋白或病毒粒子时,则会有41.67%和36.67%的死亡率,说明多角体蛋白或是病毒粒子的包涵体蛋白是产生增效作用的重要因子。Autographa californica multicapsid nucleopolyhedrovirus (AcMNPV) can enhance infectivity of Pseudaletia separata entomopoxvirus (PsEPV) in Mythimna separata larvae. The bioassay results showed that there was a 95.00% mortality of 3rd instar larvae perorally administered a mixture with a concentration of 1.0×10^4 AcMNPV and 1.0×10^7 PsEPV per larva. No larvae died in a high concentration of AcMNPV(1.0×10^7 OBs) alone, however, a 46.33% mortality was obtained with a concentration of PsEPV(1.0×10^7 OBs) per larva alone. When larvae were perorally treated with a mixture of 1.0×10^6 spheroids adding polyhedra and virions, there were mortalities of about 41.67% and 36.67% in infection with MsEPV, respectively. But no infected larvae were obtained when the larvae were perorally administered with the same dosage as indicated above in PsEPV without polyhedrin or virions. The results indicate that the factors from AcMNPV polyhedra and virions are responsible for the enhancement.
