摘　　要：区域可持续发展系统是一个相互影响、相互作用的多元复合系统,可持续发展需要区域系统内各要素(资源—经济—社会—环境)多方面的协调与统一.而和谐社会的可持续发展就必须使系统内各要素即资源、环境、经济、社会和文化方面协调.只有依据区域资源特点,积极调整产业结构,以先进的文化为先导,逐步建立社会统筹制度,建立不同区域的可持续发展模式;科学规划,统筹协调城乡发展,才能促进人与自然的和谐,增强可持续发展能力,推进城乡共同繁荣.The system of regional sustainable development is an interactive compound system,which requires the coordination and consolidation of all factors such as resources,economy,society and environment within a region.The sustainable development of harmonious society needs to coordinate the elements of the system such as resource,environment,social and cultural events.Only when the industrial contracture is actively adjusted based on the characteristics of resource in different regions; as the guidance of advanced culture, the systems of social planning are gradually built and the different models of sustainable development are set up in various regions ; only when the rural and urban development are scientifically overall planned and coordinated, the harmony of human being and nature will be achieved, hence the ability of sustainable development are improved and the rural area and urban area will have a joint prosperity.
