军队医院综合指标评价体系的建立与应用研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨医院综合评价方法的应用，初步建立军队医院建设发展指标评价体系。方法：利用18所军队医院5年的数据资源．采用德尔菲法、变异系数法、相关分析、因子分析和聚类分析进行指标的筛选；采用Topsis法、密切值法和秩和比法对军队医院建设发展进行了尝试性评价。结果：确立了评价指标体系，包括19项综合评价指标，9方面专项评价指标，共81项。结论：应用本研究指标体系及方法对军队医院进行了两年的综合评价，有效地提高了军队医院整体发展与建设水平，确保了军队医院的可持续发展。Objective：To explore the methodology on comprehensive evaluation and indication system in the PLA hospitals. Methods：Using data resources of five years from eighteen military hospltals, and selecting indicators of using Delphi, and coefficient of variation, correlation analysis,factor analysis and clustering analysis. Furthermore Topsis,close-value method and RSR technique were used to assess military hospitals. Results：The evaluation indication system was established,including 19 comprehensive evaluation indicators and 9 special assessing indicators,with a total of 81 items. Conclusion： A comprehensive evaluation has been carried out in PLA hospitals for 2 years and has effectively improved the overall development of the hospitals and ensured their sustainable development.
