摘 要:根据石河子大学实验农场历年资料,尤其是2001-2005年采用机挖排渠、机井灌排、斗渠防渗水工建设技术体系的投资与开发盐渍化荒地面积的相关分析,用相关系数作矩阵表;同时将上述水工建设技术体系的相关系数进行权重处理,求得各项技术在开发盐渍化土地时的开发效率,分别为37.39%、34.14%以及28.47%,再用开发效率去除投资总成本及分摊成本,求得机挖排渠的年分摊开发成本为2.27元/hm^2、机井灌排为4.81元/hm^2、斗渠防渗为5.74元/hm^2,合计12.82元/hm^2,如果计算井水的收益,机井灌排反而盈利3.52元/hm^2。初步尝试了用量化的方法评价开发盐渍化土地的技术措施。This paper uses economic quantifying method to evaluate the techniques in the exploration of salinized land. According to 5 years (2001 - 2005) data about water supply technique investments such as machine digging drainage, well irrigation and drainage, canal lining and salinized area in the experimental farm of Shihezi University, correlation coefficient matrix was used to calculate the weights of each technique, that is 37.39%, 34.14%, 28.47 % respectively, then uses the weight to divide their total cost, and yearly technique-cost was got. Result shows that yearly technique-cost of machine digging drainage is 2.27 yuan/hm^2, well irrigation and drainage is 4.81 yuan/hm^2, canal lining is 5.74 yuan/ hm^2.
