无甲醛抗皱整理剂DMeDHEU抗皱整理工艺研究

摘　　要：以1,3-二甲基-4,5-二羟基乙烯脲(无甲醛整理剂DMeDHEU)的粗制品和改进品作为无甲醛抗皱整理剂对棉织物进行抗皱整理,主要对该整理剂的抗皱整理应用条件以及整理后棉织物的各项性能指标进行了研究。实验发现,选用适当的催化剂和工艺条件,能使4经无甲醛整理剂DMeDHEU整理后的棉织物达到较好的抗皱效果以及有较好的机械性能。In this paper, 4, 5 -dihydroxy- 1, 3- dimethyl- 2- imidazolidinone （ non- formaldehyde finishing agent DMeDHEU） was used as non -formaldehyde crosslinking agent to impart durable press properties to cotton cloth. The experiment researched the craft condition and the properties and qualities of cotton fibers which had been finished. Shown by the experiment, if choose an appropriate catalyst or process condition, after the curing process the cotton fibers would have better durable press property and mechanical property.
